AMG HomeOS
- 01One operating system across the residence
- 02Local-first control with permissioned intelligence
- 03Professional commissioning + managed support

Sound familiar?
“Smart home” should mean less work. For most people, it means more.
Extra apps. Extra remotes. Alarms that go off for nothing. Pieces that never work as one. You bought convenience — and got another job.
01
Pieces that don’t work as one
Lights, thermostats, cameras, and speakers each do their own thing. Nobody is in charge of the whole house.
02
Rigid systems that don’t keep up
Button scenes and fixed schedules break when life changes — and you’re waiting on a programmer visit.
03
No clear owner of the system
DIY stacks and random gadgets leave you guessing who fixes what when something breaks.
Next: how AMG compares — then what the home changes

How AMG is different
Reliable control below. Carefully governed intelligence above.

What the system decided
One living estate. Real decisions.
Guests arriving
Company is arriving; the household is still settling in.
Agent reasoning
Guest mode runs an approved whole-home sequence — without a wall of scene buttons.
Actions the house ran
- Soft pathway lighting from drive to entry
- Living climate and shades set for company
- Music zones ready; security stays discreet

Understands the home
Answers, recommendations, and service—with context.
Ask why a room is warm, what changed overnight, or which filter is due. AMG checks live state, history, and the home’s own documentation before responding.

Morning
The house starts with you
Comfort comes up with your routine. Less tapping. More calm before the day starts.
How life feels
A day in a home like yours.
School mornings without the scramble.
The house helps the day start. Comfort comes up when your family usually wakes. Lights and routines run in the background so you’re not fighting the clock alone.
Less chaos. More on-time mornings.
Why AMG
Not another box of gadgets. Not a remote-control install.
Big brands wait for you to talk. Many installers stop when the remotes work. We leave you with a whole house that plans ahead—professionally installed, supported after we leave, on the architecture and tier you choose.

The AMG Intelligent Home
One system for the residence. One team accountable for how it performs.
AMG designs the infrastructure, dependable controls, intelligence, permissions, documentation, and ongoing service as one complete product. The result is not more technology to manage. It is a home that is easier to live in and simpler to own.
Easier to operate
One understandable way to ask, check, approve, and run the residence without knowing which subsystem owns the task.
Aware without the noise
The home correlates meaningful conditions across security, water, climate, energy, and access before it asks for your attention.
Resilient by design
Core controls remain local and deterministic, while higher intelligence is added above them with explicit permissions and safe failure modes.
Supported after handoff
AMG monitors, updates, documents, and coordinates service so the homeowner is not left alone with a complex rack of technology.

Early clients should receive more attention, not more hype.
AMG is opening a limited number of founding-residence engagements. These projects receive direct AMG design oversight, careful commissioning, and a tighter feedback loop as the reference standard is established.
Participation never requires public photography, a testimonial, or disclosure of the household. Privacy remains the default.

Questions we hear often
Straight answers.
Every residence is different. New construction and major renovations allow AMG to design the infrastructure early; premium retrofits may involve network, low-voltage, lighting, camera, or electrical work. Before installation begins, the Estate Intelligence Audit defines access, finishes, downtime, responsibilities, and what can be reused.
Often, yes. When a Control4 or Savant system is healthy and uses supported versions and integration paths, AMG can preserve it as the dependable execution layer and add the AMG Intelligence Layer above it. That adds natural-language operation, permissions, monitoring, diagnostics, household memory, home knowledge, and managed service. AMG first audits controller health, networking, drivers, programming ownership, and dealer responsibilities; legacy or unsupported components may require remediation.
You choose two things: architecture and capability tier. Architecture is Cloud or Local—where more of the intelligence runs. Tier is Core, Gold, or Platinum—how capable the home is. All three tiers are available on either architecture. Core lighting, climate, access, and safety stay dependable on local controls so the house still works if internet or AI is unavailable. Cloud architecture gets standard over-the-air updates; Local architecture may need a scheduled service or programmer visit for some updates.
Your proposal defines what stays on the property, what approved services may receive, and how information is retained. AMG minimizes cloud disclosure, analyzes and stores video locally by default, applies household roles and permissions, and logs remote access and important actions.
AMG uses documented, supportable integration paths and keeps controller-specific logic behind stable boundaries. Some devices and controllers are necessarily vendor-specific, so ownership, credentials, compatibility, documentation, and exit considerations are defined for your project instead of being left ambiguous.
AMG separates intelligence from execution. Your controller runs dependable scenes and device actions; AMG interprets requests, investigates conditions, explains recommendations, and submits actions through a policy broker. Professional commissioning, documentation, monitoring, and managed support are part of the product—not an afterthought.
We first confirm the property, current controller, project timing, and goals. Qualified projects move into an Estate Intelligence Audit or equivalent paid design engagement, where AMG verifies the infrastructure, compatibility, risks, and site-specific scope before preparing a proposal.
Because the residence determines the work. Construction phase, access, wiring, network health, existing controls, finish protection, remediation, device count, and the desired level of intelligence can materially change the scope. New builds can often be coordinated more efficiently before walls close; retrofits frequently require more discovery and labor. AMG begins with a private consultation, then qualified projects move into a paid assessment or design engagement before a written proposal is prepared.
Financing options may be available through third-party providers for qualified homeowners. AMG can discuss available paths after the initial consultation, once there is enough project context to guide the conversation. Financing requires a separate application and lender approval. Rates, terms, fees, and availability are determined by the provider. AMG is not a lender and does not make credit decisions or guarantee approval.
