Planning the investment

A responsible proposal starts with the residence—not a public price list.

An AMG Intelligent Home is designed around the property, construction phase, existing infrastructure, finish requirements, and the experience you want. Those conditions determine the work, so a generic online number would create the wrong expectation before discovery begins.

New build or major renovation

Early coordination lets AMG plan wiring, networks, equipment locations, power, and interfaces with the builder and design team. Decisions made before walls close usually reduce rework and protect the architecture.

Existing-home retrofit

Retrofits often require more discovery, labor, remediation, and finish protection than comparable new-build work. AMG must inspect access, wiring, networks, legacy programming, and equipment health before defining a responsible scope.

A functioning Control4 or Savant system may not need to be replaced. AMG can assess whether the AMG Intelligence Layer, with its permission and service capabilities, can be added above the controls already operating the residence.
